Christian Community Health Care began in 1996 as a medical outreach ministry to rural northeast Allen County, Indiana, and has now grown to serve patients throughout northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio!

1997 Opened first clinic in Leo, Indiana
2005 Purchased facility in Grabill IN
2005 Partnered with A Hope Center to
open satellite pregnancy center
2007 Expanded Acute Care Clinic hours
2012 Added Executive Director position
2013 Started Ear-Nose-Throat Clinic
2014 Partnered with Living Free Recovery for addiction counseling
