ENT Specialty Clinics are offered monthly as needed in conjunction with our Acute Care Clinic.  Preference will be given to patients referred through the CCHC Acute Care Clinic or by other area clinics.  Patients are pre-scheduled for appointments in 15 minute increments.  A limited number of walk-in patients may be seen as time allows. To schedule an appointment, leave a voicemail message with our Medical Clinic Coordinator at 260-627-2242, ext. 8.
